The Elixir of undying is a custom potion imagined as a great way to prevent an imminent death, almost like a Totem of Undying.

The Death potion is a custom potion, giving you all the negative potions effects of the game except for Freezing.
Those effects will quickly kill you, unless you drink the potion in a room with a ceiling where you can't fly away with a Totem of Undying in your offhand. After you drink it, immediately drink a milk bucket to get rid of the negative effects.
The Death potion has a 0.0062% chance to be found in a barrel in the brewery cave of the Sanctum. Since there are 7 barrels in that room, the Death potion has a 0.0434% chance to appear in that room.
