Rage Abilities
In ColdMC, Rage is the energy that powers your profession super abilities. These Rage Abilities are unique skills that can be activated during combat or exploration, giving you powerful boosts. You earn Rage through combat and leveling up, and you can spend it to perform amazing feats, like chopping down entire forests or gaining incredible speed in your mining pace.
What is it?
Rage Abilities are special powers that require Rage to activate. Unlike passive skills, Rage Abilities must be manually triggered, giving you control over when to use them.
Unlocking Abilities: These abilities unlock when you reach level 7 in a skill, and they get stronger as you level up. Every 7 levels, your ability improves, increasing in power, lasting longer, or costing less Rage.
Customizable Abilities: You can adjust the cooldown, power, and Rage cost of these abilities in the game settings, making them adaptable to your playstyle.
Experience Gain: Whenever you use a Rage Ability, you earn Sorcery XP, helping you grow even more powerful over time.
How to use?
Once you unlock Rage Abilities, they become visible in your skill menu. Hovering over an ability in this menu will show its name, level, cooldown, power, and how much Rage it consumes. You can’t see an ability before unlocking it, but as you progress, new abilities will appear with descriptions of their effects and the power they’ll have at each level.
Replenish (Farming)
What it does: Automatically replants crops for a short time.
How to activate: Right-click with a hoe, then break a crop like wheat, carrots, potatoes, nether wart, or beetroot. The crops will replant themselves!
Perfect for: Saving time on farms and keeping your fields full.
Treecapitator (Foraging)
What it does: Break entire trees instantly for a short duration.
How to activate: Right-click with an axe, then break a tree log. This works best with one-block-wide trees like oak, birch, and spruce.
Perfect for: Rapidly clearing forests and gathering wood in seconds.
Speed Mine (Mining)
What it does: Grants you Haste 10, letting you mine blocks incredibly fast.
How to activate: Right-click with a pickaxe, then break a stone block or ore to gain the effect.
Perfect for: Digging through caves and gathering resources in a flash.
Sharp Hook (Fishing)
What it does: Allows you to deal damage to a hooked enemy when you reel them in.
How to activate: Left-click with a fishing rod while pulling in a hooked entity.
Perfect for: Turning fishing into a combat strategy and dealing surprise damage to foes.
Terraform (Excavation)
What it does: Instantly breaks blocks in a 4-block radius in the same layer.
How to activate: Right-click with a shovel, then dig a block. The blocks must be of the same type and connected in a vein.
Perfect for: Digging large areas quickly and making space for building projects.
Charged Shot (Archery)
What it does: Increases your bow’s damage based on how long you pull it back. The more Rage you spend, the more damage you deal.
How to activate: Left-click with a bow to toggle Charged Shot mode, then unleash powerful arrows.
Perfect for: Long-range sniping with devastating arrows that pack a punch.
Absorption (Defense)
What it does: Reduces incoming damage by depleting your Rage instead of your health. While active, Rage will not regenerate.
How to activate: Left-click with a shield while taking damage to activate the ability.
Perfect for: Absorbing heavy hits during tough fights, giving you time to heal or escape.
Lightning Blade (Fighting)
What it does: Increases your attack speed for a short duration.
How to activate: Right-click with a sword and attack an enemy to gain the speed boost.
Perfect for: Fast-paced combat, letting you strike enemies multiple times before they can react.
