Sexton
Sexton (Levels 52–64): The Harbor City
Core Amenities
Sexton's lighthouse aesthetic transforms the hub into a navigation center. The Sextant Archive is a circular library designed like a ship's wheel (six sections). Keeper Thorne specializes in maritime lore and underwater mythology. The Compass Spire is a lighthouse beacon visible across the ocean. The Deep-Current Depository is accessed via water lock (brief descending bubble animation). Items stored during high tide gain +5% value bonus.
Signature District: Harbor Registry
This bureaucratic yet essential district manages ship routes and underwater dungeon access. Harbor Master Cass offers:
Ship Route Licenses: Unlock fast-travel water routes (10-minute trips between major cities)
Diving Permits: Grant access to deep-sea zones based on level and safety quests
Tide Schedule Consultations: Reveal when undersea caves open (in-game day/night cycles)
This district entirely reshapes how players traverse the world post-level 52.
Unique NPC: Thalassarch Morwen
Morwen maintains Tide Schedules—mystical timetables opening/closing underwater passages based on lunar cycles. Morwen offers:
Tide-keeping quests (restore tidal monuments, commune with sea spirits)
Exclusive underwater cosmetics (merfolk costumes, shell armor skins)
Midnight Reef access (secret underwater zone open only during new moons)
Surrounding Zones and Dungeons
Coral Kingdoms (levels 52–58) feature living coral reefs with bioluminescent creatures. Sea Serpents, Coral Guardians (stationary, area denial), and Tide Elementals teach underwater traversal. Abyssal Shallows (levels 56–62) descend into darker waters with less light. Deep Dwellers (rare, high HP), Anglerfish (predators), and Leviathan Calves (mini-bosses) reward deep-sea materials.
The Sunken Citadel (main dungeon, levels 58–64, 8 floors) is an ancient underwater city. The final boss Tidal Lord Meridian (500 HP) has a Tidal Surge Phase (deals massive damage, players must hide behind environmental pillars), Pressure Phase (decreases oxygen, time-limited encounter), and Awakening Phase (summons 5-6 minor water elementals requiring crowd control). Drops include Tidal Armor (level 62, +20% water resistance, grants 5-minute underwater breathing), Sunken Runes (crafting material), and Depths Crown (cosmetic crown made of sea glass).
