Quarnton (Levels 28–40): The Crafting Capital

Core Amenities

Quarnton's four-pointed design emphasizes weapon specialization. The Quartstone Codex Hall is a four-pointed-star library with each point focusing on a weapon path (Blunt, Blade, Polearm, Ranged). Keeper Mors helps players understand philosophical differences between weapons. The Fourwinds Obelisk has four cardinal-direction teleportation paths with unique visual effects. The Quadrant Vault is four-chambered, with seasonal bonuses (items stored during their season gain +10% value).

Signature District: Four-Forge Ward

Four grand forges operated by master smiths represent weapon specialization:

  • Baldric's Blunt Forge: Axes, hammers, mauls (high damage, slow attacks, crowd control focus)

  • Veridian's Blade Smithy: Swords, daggers, curved blades (balanced damage/speed, DPS focus)

  • Haste's Polearm Yard: Spears, halberds, glaives (high reach, coordination-focused)

  • Marksman's Bowyard: Bows, crossbows, guns (ranged, tactical positioning)

Each forge sells weapon-specific upgrades and crafting materials. Weapons have their own level progression separate from character level, encouraging specialization and repeated farming.

Unique NPC: Quadrant Arena Master Vexx

Vexx operates the Quadrant Arena, a timed wave-based system with 15 waves (90 seconds each). Leaderboards reset seasonally. Top 100 players earn "Elite Fighter" titles, top 50 earn unique armor transmogs, top 10 earn cosmetic mounts. Personal-best rewards grant +1% bonus gold for 1 week per rank achieved, incentivizing repeated attempts.

Surrounding Zones and Dungeons

Quarnton's zones emphasize crafting material farming. Metalwood Groves (levels 28–35) have ore-rich trees and mineral deposits. Metal Treants, Ore Veins (harvestable objects), and Crystalline Beetles (ranged) reward ore and wood. Molten Valleys (levels 32–38) feature active volcanic zones with heat mechanics (players take damage standing still, must keep moving). Lava Elementals, Molten Golems, and Flame Sprites reward volcanic materials. Forgemaster's Rift (main dungeon, levels 35–40, 6 floors) ascends a volcanic mountain inside the earth. The final boss Ancient Magma Titan (400 HP) has a phase system alternating between Lava Pool Phase (stands in lava, high defense, low damage output) and Rampage Phase (mobile, massive damage, vulnerable). Drops include Magma Plate (level 38 armor, +15% fire damage output), Crystallized Magma (rare crafting material), and Volcanic Crown (cosmetic helm with flame effects).
