### Decim (Levels 99–104): The Calculation City

**Core Amenities**

Decim is perfectly ordered and measured. The **Decimal Vault-Library** indexes everything numerically. **Keeper Mathis** specializes in theoretical knowledge and offers calculation-based quests. The **Tenfold Ascension Spire** has ten tiers representing progression levels. Climbing grants cosmetic rewards. The **Perfect Seal Treasury** (100 slots) optimizes items based on slot positioning (fire items in fire compartments gain fire bonuses).

**Signature District: The Arcanuum**

The **Arcanuum** is a restricted district accessible only to levels 99–104. Inside:

* Exclusive vendors selling theoretical items
* Perfect crafting stations (items with zero flaws, optimal stats)
* Research chambers for advanced knowledge
* **Conclave Chamber** where elite players gather

Feels exclusive and **rewards reaching the final stretch**.

**Unique NPC: Arcanarch Ilyth Merrow**

Ilyth offers the **Signature Ability Acquisition System**:

* Players choose one of ten **Signature Abilities** (ultimate class powers)
* Each ties to an arcane school and playstyle
* Acquiring requires proving mastery of that school
* Abilities grant permanent bonuses and unlock new playstyles

Makes level 99–104 feel like a **major transition toward final tier**.

**Surrounding Zones and Dungeons**

**The Calculated Wastes** (levels 99–103) are mathematically perfect landscapes. Perfect Golems, Arithmetic Constructs, and Logic Entities teach pattern recognition. **The Abstraction Peak** (levels 102–104) exists partially in abstract space. Theoretical Beings, Concept Manifestations, and Pure Ideas (incredibly rare, high difficulty) reward legendary materials.

**The Convergence Point** (main dungeon, levels 100–104, 10 floors) represents the peak of calculated theory. The final boss **The Infinite Equation** (900 HP) has a complex phase system requiring solving mathematical puzzles while combat occurs, demanding **focus and intelligence**.
