# Celestia

### Celestia (Levels 104–112): The Preparation Heaven

**Core Amenities**

Celestia is transcendent, floating on magical terraces. The **Starbound Archive** organizes knowledge by constellation. **Keeper Selaena** specializes in cosmic lore and multiversal hints. The **Celestial Orrery Gate** cycles based on in-game star positions (3–10 second waits). The **Aetherbank** made of starlight holds items that gain stat boosts during celestial events.

**Signature District: Grand Observatory**

The heart of Celestia facilitates **raid preparation**:

* **Consumable Bulk Crafting**: Discount vendors selling raid consumables in bulk
* **Resistance Audits**: NPCs test and advise on optimal resistances
* **Encounter Briefings**: Lore-masters explain raid boss mechanics
* **Raid Training**: Optional tutorial raids for learning coordination

**Luminary-General Seraphine** manages:

* Raid group assembly from player rosters
* DPS calculators and role optimization
* Trial raids (practice encounters, reduced difficulty)
* Raid certifications proving mechanic mastery

High-level players spend significant time perfecting their craft here.

**Surrounding Zones and Dungeons**

**Starlit Expanse** (levels 104–109) are cosmic grasslands with celestial creatures. Star Sprites, Constellation Sentries, and Cosmic Whales teach celestial mechanics. **The Void Between Stars** (levels 109–112) is nearly empty space. Void Entities, Cosmic Horrors, and Dimensional Tears (environmental hazards) reward ultimate materials.

**The Celestial Fortress** (main dungeon, levels 106–112, 8 floors) is a sky citadel. The final boss **The Ascended Prime** (950 HP) is a transcendent being with **Cosmic Alignment Phases** (requires specific positioning relative to cosmic bodies), **Void Rifts** (environmental obstacles), and **Primacy Attack** (massive AoE, requires raid coordination).
